We are a mother and daughter team who love to express our creativity through cooking and crafts. It all started when my daughter wanted to make her own lip balm as a craft from kool-aid and petroleum jelly. It was fine and she was pleased with her result. Later, my sister was getting married and we needed a nice bridal shower favor that would not break the bank. And so our adventure began quite accidentally in early 2016. We experimented with good natural ingredients and candy flavorings. After a few small hand crafted batches and encouraging feedback from our "testers" who were our friends and family we discovered we had a product we could be proud of. My daughter's nickname since she was a baby was Princess Buttercup, So Buttercup Balm was born.

Nothing is ready till we like it!

We do not test our products on animals.  I test the product on myself first, then my husband and kids, then my mother and sister. If we like them then I ask around for other human volunteers (family, friends, current customers) for their feed back. We love suggestions, and feedback. Several of our flavored lip balms were by request. The big balm was a request from my mother. The lotion bar was a request from a friend. The soap is something I have always wanted to try. More soaps will be coming soon.

Even though this started off as a project for Anna and myself, the whole family has gotten involved. My oldest son, Gary (nicked named Grizzly), helped in the formulation for Grizzly Goo. His amazing artistic talents whipped up the coolest logo, too. My husband  and our youngest son are super supportive and come to our events and jump in to do whatever is needed of them, from lifting and carrying to explaining our products and answering questions, to passing our business cards to friends. Heavenly Father has blessed us and brought us all closer together as we work as a team, together.
